Once you placed your order we are unable to make any changes or cancel it. Please make sure to double check that your shipping and billing information are correct before submitting your order.

WHY AM I CHARGE FOR SHIPPING BUT DID NOT RECEIVE THE ITEM?

Shipping fee is shouldered by the buyer, If incorrect address were given especially to international address we apologize but we have to charge you for shipping. Make sure you give a complete and correct address including the zip code.

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE ITEMS THAT WERE PURCHASED ON SALE?

All sales are FINAL due to limited stocks. Please review your order thoroughly before finalizing your purchase.

Unfortunately due to product temperature sensitivity we only ship within US and Canada.

HOW DO I TAKE CARE OF MY CANDLES?

• Soy Wax candles are unique, every burn you will have different burn result depending on the room temperature. Do not worry if your candle burn isn’t perfect. We’re all perfectly imperfect.

• Every time you use our candles, trim the wick to 1/4” before lighting.

• Make sure to always burn the candles until the wax pool reaches the edge of the container to prevent tunneling. Avoid burning the candle for more than 3-4 hrs at a time.

• Burn within sight. Never leave unattended.

• Do not allow candles to burn completely down to the bottom of the container, stop use when only 1/2” wax remains.

• There are crystals within the wax. In order to prevent a bad burn you can remove the crystals with a spoon at anytime when it’s needed. 

• Crystals can be wash with warm water to remove wax.
